The company's data is collected and kept in the Register of Legal Entities of Lithuania (registrar: VĮ Registrų centras).
These terms apply to food and drink orders placed on the Rollka website (the Website). Minors may place orders in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania (minor everyday transactions are concluded independently).
Branch addresses and opening hours are given on the Pickup terms page.
2. How to place an order
- You choose dishes and drinks on the menu (and extras, if needed) and add them to the basket.
- You choose the pickup branch and time: the earliest available or a specific later time.
- You enter your phone number and, if you want to receive the full confirmation by email, your email address (required for foreign numbers).
- You check the order summary and the final amount. Until payment you can correct the order: go back to the previous step, change quantities, add or remove items.
- You tick the box to agree to these Terms, the Pickup terms and the Refund policy, and press the "Pay" button. This button means that you undertake to pay. Information on the processing of personal data is provided in the Privacy policy.
- You pay by online banking. After payment you see the order confirmation with the order number.
- The contract is deemed concluded when the order has been paid for or, if "Pay on pickup" is selected, when the order button is pressed. Dishes are prepared only after the order has been paid for or, if "Pay on pickup" is selected, after it has been confirmed.
3. Language and storage of the contract
- The contract is concluded in Lithuanian. The Website texts in Latvian, English and Russian are translations provided for information purposes; in the event of a dispute, the Lithuanian text prevails.
- After payment we send the order confirmation (seller, order number, amount, pickup place and time, link to these Terms) by SMS to Lithuanian (+370) and Latvian (+371) numbers. We send the full confirmation (items, prices, Terms, information on the right of withdrawal) by email if you have provided it; for numbers from other countries the email address is required. A till receipt is issued at pickup.
- Order data is kept in the seller's point-of-sale system; the customer's contact details are kept for the period stated in the Privacy policy.
- You can save or print these Terms at any time: use the "Copy terms" button at the top of the page or print the page.
4. Prices
- All prices are in euro including VAT. The final amount consists of the price of the dishes, drinks and selected extras plus the price of takeaway packaging.
- Packaging is calculated automatically: one for each prepared dish. Its price is shown on a separate line in the basket and in the order summary.
- There are no other charges (for ordering, payment or pickup): you pay exactly the amount shown in the payment window.
5. Payment
- You pay for the order online by online banking through the payment initiation service of „Swedbank", AB: you choose your bank on the Website and confirm the payment in your online banking. The Website does not see or store your bank login details.
- Where the branch allows it and the order amount does not exceed the specified limit, you can select "Pay on pickup": you confirm your phone number with an SMS code, preparation of the order starts immediately, and you pay at the branch in cash or by card. In this case the contract is concluded when you press the "Order and pay on pickup" button.
- Payment cards are not accepted on the Website: online payment is made by online banking. If you select "Pay on pickup", you can pay at the branch in cash or by card.
- If the payment fails, the order is not placed and is not prepared.
6. Pickup
The order is picked up at the selected location. We do not offer delivery. More details: Pickup terms.
7. Right of withdrawal
Dishes. Dishes are prepared to your order and are perishable, so the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to them (Article 6.228¹⁰ of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania; Article 16(d) of Directive 2011/83/EU). When an order can be cancelled and when money is refunded is set out on the Refund policy page.
Packaged drinks. You may withdraw from the purchase contract for packaged drinks (e.g. soft drinks or water in packaging sealed by the manufacturer) within 14 days of the day you collected them, without giving any reason; you may also withdraw before collecting the drinks. Once the packaging has been opened, this right no longer applies for reasons of health protection and hygiene (Article 6.228¹⁰ of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania; Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU). If the value of a drink has diminished because you handled it in a way other than what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics (e.g. damaged packaging), you are liable for the diminished value.
- Let us know of your decision to withdraw before the period ends: fill in the I want to return form, email info@metina.lt or use the model form below (its use is optional). The deadline is met if you send your notice before the period ends.
- Return the drinks to the branch where you collected them no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of your withdrawal. You bear the cost of returning them (coming to the branch).
- We refund the money for returned drinks no later than 14 days from the day we receive the notice, to the account you paid from. We may withhold the refund until we have received the drinks back.
(complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract)
