Pickup terms

This translation is provided for information purposes only. In the event of a dispute, the Lithuanian text shall prevail: Lithuanian version.

1. Pickup method and cost

• You pick up the order yourself at the selected location (addresses below). Pickup is free of charge (€0.00).
• We do not offer home delivery.
• When collecting your order, say or show the order number (shown in the confirmation window, the SMS or the email).

2. Preparation time

• You choose to collect your order as soon as possible or at a specific time (advance orders up to a few days ahead; the available days and times are shown when you choose a time).
• The maximum preparation time is the pickup time shown in the payment window and in the order confirmation. When the food is ready, we send an SMS to Lithuanian and Latvian numbers.
• You can place an order at any time of day; the pickup time can only be chosen within the branch's opening hours, and the latest pickup time is shown when you choose the time (usually 15 min. before the branch closes).

3. Pickup time and restrictions

• A ready order must be picked up within 30 minutes of the pickup time stated in the order confirmation or, if the order is ready later, of it being ready (we send a "ready" SMS to Lithuanian and Latvian numbers).
• If you are late picking up the order, the quality of the food (temperature, crispness, freshness) may deteriorate, but this is not a ground for demanding a refund or a replacement dish.
• An order that is not collected is considered fulfilled; it is not refunded, except where the order could not be collected through the seller's fault (e.g. the branch was closed at the stated time) and for unopened packaged drinks that you returned (see Refund policy).
• The order can be picked up only at the location selected when ordering.
